If you do reinstall, do a clean installation and don't install Geforce Experience. The ones you're using aren't known for being a problem, but it could be related to that. I attempted all fixes related to 'stuck on loading screen' I've found: The bug has nothing to do with the King's Gambit quest, I'm using the latest patch and have verified my files through steam, am running the game as an administrator in full-screen mode, and have my NVidia Experience Streaming services toggled off. Sometimes it's the first time I reload a game, and one time it was only after around 3 hours of playing it manifested.
